INTERZONE :: Ian Curtis e i Joy Division

[Translation in English below]

InterzoneIan Curtis e i Joy Division

Maldoror Press is happy to introduce you a new digital mail art project.

Interzone – Ian Curtis and Joy Division

After Corpi che amano [Bodies in love] project, we would like to involve you in the creation of our next ebook/catalogue to be inserted in fermopostadinamico collection.

The works we would like to receive should be inspired by the band from Manchester and his young frontman, who both impressed the hearts of an entire generation. Shadows and lights will be free to mingle in a new flux of images, so to give new life to an important moment in the history of music.

To be part of the project, you just have to send, within 15th August 2011, to the address maldoror.press@gmail.com:

A graphic or textual-graphic work (photograph, collage, drawing, lettering etc.), inspired by the given theme, in a digital format among:  tiff, jpg, bmp e png and with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

Any  attained work will be included in the final e-book, and artists will be free to choose the technique and the expressive manner they prefer.

We only recommend you to conform to the given resolution, or you will be excluded from the project.

We would like to remind you that Interzone is not a competition, so no work shall be judged and no award shall be won, but the playful showing of your creations and the opportunity to flow with other sensibilities in a widely shared, free e-book.

Looking forward to your contributions, we wish you good creativity!
